According to the style guide, latter-day-saints is an acceptable reference to members of the Church. This could perhaps be used as a tag.

As a conservative Protestant, I don't really have an issue with virgin-mary. It's a phrase straight out of the Apostles' Creed, and, while unnecessarily wordy, I don't really see it as problematic.
