I have read some answers to questions that I feel are rude and narcissistic. People need answers. If a question comes to you, please back up everything with verse. This type of behavior is why the church has been split and our youth are leaving. I don’t want replies to this, as I will never revisit this site. Do not tell people to “ read their Bible” if you don’t have the graciousness to explain.

This type of question belongs on meta, but could you edit your question with examples? – depperm Jan 6 at 19:05
  • Hi Barb. Thanks for your question, but in order to answer it we really need some examples of what you think are rude and narcissistic posts. Can edit some links into your question please? – DJClayworth Jan 7 at 1:13

My personal concern is more about the idea of posting a complaint, but then not giving anyone a chance to reply. If you are not coming back, what's the point in people here knowing why you left? Sure, things can get warm around certain topics, but isn't such an attitude of "I'm not staying to sort this out properly" directly responsible for people falling apart? Some applicable principles are Genesis 45:24 (do not get upset with each other), Colossians 3:12-14 (keep putting up with one another) and Ephesians 4:1-3 (earnestly seeking to be agreeable in the uniting bond of peace).
